    Strategy

    In the initial phase, we immersed ourselves in understanding the client's operational workflows, industry challenges, and goals. Through collaborative discussions, we determined that the optimal approach was to develop an integrated digital ecosystem, including a website, a mobile app for inspectors, and a backend system. This strategy prioritized scalability, automation, and user-centric design.

    UX & Prototyping

    We began with extensive field research and stakeholder interviews to map workflows and identify pain points. Wireframes and low-fidelity prototypes were created to visualize processes and interfaces. Usability testing was conducted to validate the designs, ensuring smooth and intuitive user experiences for both inspectors and administrators.

    Solution Design

    The mobile app was designed with a simple, intuitive interface to help inspectors capture data and vehicle details efficiently. Interactive reports provided customers with real-time, visual inspection summaries. The automated booking and inspector allocation further enhanced overall performance and reliability.

    Development

    Once the designs were finalized, our development team focused on building core features, integrating third-party services, and automating workflows. The mobile app enabled inspectors to input data during inspections, eliminating manual paperwork and enabling faster report generation. The backend system automated scheduling, minimized errors, and improved data processing. After extensive testing, the platform was successfully launched.

    Automation & Optimization

    We implemented an automated inquiry intake workflow, eliminating the need for manual booking. Customer inquiries were automatically processed, and inspectors were allocated based on location, availability, and expertise. This streamlined scheduling improved resource utilization and operational efficiency.
